Managing and Upgrading Your Subscription

Subscription Access
Access to Fastmarkets products and services is directly linked to your active subscription. If your subscription expires, access to the associated content may be restricted or removed in line with your contract terms.
Upgrading Your Subscription
If your business needs change, you can upgrade your subscription by:
- Adding additional Fastmarkets products or services
- Expanding your coverage (e.g. new regions, markets, or datasets)
- Upgrading to a higher-tier package
- Increase the number of users to provide access to additional team members
How to request an upgrade
You can request a subscription upgrade through any of the following options:
- Submit a request via the “Get started” option
- Contact Client Services with your request via the Submit a support request form or at client.services@fastmarkets.com.
- Reach out directly to your Key Account Manager (KAM)
To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following information:
- First Name and Last Name
- Phone Number
- Business Email Address
- Job Title
- Company Name
- Country
- Primary product of interest
- Details of the data required and number of user licences needed
Your Account Manager will review your request and advise on the available options and pricing.
Important Notes
- Subscription upgrades and user number changes may require a contract update or amendment;
- Access changes will only be applied once the update has been confirmed and processed;
- User access is always aligned with the active subscription scope.
