Managing users details
How to add, remove, or change details of a user
You will need to contact us to do this but don't worry, it's quick and easy - Contact us here.
Please select “I want to manage my users” from the drop down and we'll ensure we route your request to the correct team.
If you are adding users please ensure you include:
- Company name,
- Full name,
- Physical workplace address,
- Job title,
- Email address,
- Phone number.
If you are removing or changing details of users please ensure you include
- Full name,
- Company name,
- Any other details you are changing
Bulk changes
If you are requesting a bulk change which may be too time consuming for you using the contact form, please submit a simple request using the form, telling us broadly what you are trying to achieve and we'll contact you about the best way to do this.
