Not received welcome email or password reset?

If you've not received your welcome email, check out the information below:

Fastmarkets Dashboard 

You should have received a welcome email from hello@fastmarkets.com confirming your username and access to the dashboard. This email contains a link for you to create or reset your password.

  • If you can't find this email in your mailbox, please check your junk mail folder. 
  • Make sure to whitelist our IP domain 149.72.113.25 as well as Fastmarkets Alert Service <alerts@notify.fastmarkets.com> and Fastmarkets Welcome email <hello@fastmarkets.com>  to ensure successful delivery in the future.
  • You can try to reset your password, using your email address as the user name - click here.
  • If you still need help then - Let’s get you some help. 
     

HMR  

You should have received a welcome email from client.services@fastmarkets.com confirming your username and password.
