Custom Markets - Custom Exports

Custom Exports allows to combine exports of several data reports into one, as well as mill specific information for all mills in a group of mills (flowsheets and mill summaries).

Custom Exports - Mill Summary Export

Clicking on Mill Summary Export allows to export all Mill Summaries and/or all Mill Flowsheets of all the mills in one market at the same time.

Custom Exports - Custom Data Export

Clicking on Custom Data Export allows to combine and export data from specific reports in Analytical Cornerstone into one Excel spreadsheet.

Report Options

Cost Date: Indicates the quarter and year for which the cost data applies. The cost dates determine the dates for the cost values for all of the machines/mills in the report. Costs are updated quarterly, typically about two full months after the end of the quarter. A date marked with a star (e.g., Q4 2025* ) means the cost data is preliminary and not yet final. A message will show *This curve contains Interim Unit Costs to derive the Cost data. When the Final Unit Costs are available, the Costs shown may change to reflect the final costs.

Balance Date: Shows the most recent date when any mill‑level changes required a rebalance of the mills included in the market. Can be changed to check the state of the market at an earlier point in time.

The Cost data includes three main Analytical Cornerstone cost reports (as per the cost curves under the Costs tab). These data reports allow users to analyze cost competitiveness and compare mills within the selected market. The following cost data reports available and :

Cash: Displays mills ranked by cash (operating) cost, showing relative cost competitiveness.

Show Fiber Breakout: part of the Cash cost, it will show a breakdown of cost per fiber category (natural fiber (wood), market pulp and recycled fiber) within the Fiber section of the Cash cost.

Direct: Direct cost shows capital cost (depreciation and capital charges) and total direct cost.

Total: Total cost adds remaining cost components such as Selling, General & Administrative (SG&A) that includes Overhead cost and adds overal Total Cost.

Custom Exports - Delivery Cost

Show the Delivery Cost to all Delivery Locations available in Analytical Cornerstone (see Costs reports, Delivered Cost dropdown). The delivery cost will be added to all totals as well.

Custom Exports - Productivity

The Productivity data will include the data of Labor Productivity and/or Machine Productivity.

The Labor Productivity report displays labor productivity data for all machines included in the selected custom market. The report provides the labor productivity showing the man‑hours per FMT or FST, which demonstrates the labor hours required per unit of production for each machine or mill.

The Machine Productivity report displays machine productivity data for all machines included in the selected custom market. The report provides the machine productivity based on the amount of FMT or FST produced per day and per machine width (per meter for metric setting and per inch for the US customary setting). The report also shows many other machine specifications that determine the productivity.

Custom Exports - Consumption

Consumption can be downloaded for Chemicals, Energy and Fiber, by selecting the relevant option:

Chemicals shows the detailed report on all chemical estimates available: Caustic Soda, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, LACP, Lime, Magnesium Sulphate, Oxygen, Sodium Chlorate, Starch, Sulphuric Acid, and other chemicals.

Energy exports all the fuel details as well as the emission data

Fiber gives a breakdown of all types of fiber raw materials: wood or nonwood (natural fiber for integrated pulp), market pulp, recovered paper grades.

Custom Exports - Furnish

Furnish shows the percentage composition of fibre (see consumption) and chemicals used in the pulp or paper product. The report also shows the average percentage of moisture of the end product.
