MyDesk Mobile

MyDesk has a mobile website that allows you to access data on a mobile device. You can save the URL http://mobile.fastmarkets.com/ onto your mobile (Android and iOS). When you login, use your MyDesk login username and password.

From the MyDesk mobile URL, access pre-build key data displays from the Prices menu. The standard mobile URL has LME 3M, Cash and C-3M screens set up and ready to use.

There are also screens to view major spot rates, Comex, Nymex, SHFE summaries as well as precious metals spot rates.

Through the settings cog in the left corner of the Prices home page, you can access many more prebuilt screens. If you have built your own My Prices widget, you can also find your customised widget in the settings list. By selecting the widget, you can add it to the Prices home page.

The MyDesk mobile URL also lets you view static bar charts, news headlines and analyst content.

In the main settings on the toolbar, you can choose how quickly your prices refresh, the font size for prices and which page you want to show as your start page.

When using the desktop URL or the mobile URL, you can only be logged into one device at a time. If you are away from your desk, simply log into the mobile URL and your desktop URL will log you out. When you get back to your desk, sign back into the desktop and the mobile will automatically sign you out.
