Common login problems

If your attempt to login in unsuccessful you may have received the following error message:

Error message: “Invalid Username or password”  

There are a number of steps you may wish to take to resolve this:

  • Make sure you use the correct username, if you can't remember this Let’s get you some help. 
  • If you need to reset your password, please click here.
  • If resetting your password doesn't resolve the issue, please clear your browser cache:  Simultaneously press and hold on the Ctrl + Shift+ Delete keys this will open the browser page where you can clear your cache and cookies. 
  • Close and re-open your browser and attempt to login again.
  • If you have not received a password reset email from help@fastmarkets.com, please see - I have not received a welcome email or a password reset email
