Searching via pre built filters - these filters mirror the Search in the Dashboard. Start typing for what you are looking for and hit enter. Then click on the ‘See More’ purple text at the top of the price list. This will then allow you to select from the pre built filters for Commodity (eg Aluminium), Product (P1020A), Location (eg Rotterdam) or Source.

Click on a price from the Search to view the full details. Once you view the full details you will see the description, price range for the last time the price was updated, the currency, launch date, location and assessment frequency. You will also view a chart with up to one year of history.

Within this view, next to each price you can access the pricing rationale. When you click on the price rationale, you can access information on this price. Exchange Market Data in Mobile App
Fastmarkets Mobile App 3.0.0 was launched in July 2025. This version allows Platform and Exchange Data Plus clients to access exchange market data over the Fastmarkets Mobile App.
Once clients have is version of the Mobile app, Platform customers can see delayed exchange market data and Exchange Data Plus clients can access live data, depending on their entitlements.

When searching for exchange market data, not that the Search only shows the description of the symbol and not the updated price, until you click on the full detailed view. At this point you will see whether you have previous day (denoted by PD), delayed or live prices.

As live exchange data has unique licensing requirements, users subscribed to the package Exchange Data Plus will only be able to log into one device at any time. This is to constrain sharing of accounts with exchange data. For example, you are logged in to the Platform on your laptop, then leave the office and login on to the Mobile App. You would receive the error message shown below and the Platform would stop updating.

The same is true if you are logged into the Mobile App as a subscribed Exchange Data Plus user.
Once you returned to your desk and logged into your Platform, your Mobile App would display the below message and the prices would not update on your Mobile App.
You can only be logged into one device. The same is not true for users only with physical licenses as they can only access delayed data.
