Custom Market Report — Overview
The Market Overview displays a regional Google Map showing the geographic location of all mills included in the selected Custom Market.
The map can be exported to PDF, Word, and PowerPoint. As with any Google Map, you can view it in full‑screen mode, zoom in and out, switch between Map and Satellite views, and access Street View.
The legend explains the meaning of the different symbols displayed on the map. Clicking on a mill symbol shows the mill’s name and location. Clicking on the mill name opens the facility’s Mill Details page in Analytical Cornerstone.
In addition to the map, the Overview page includes four distribution charts that provide a high‑level understanding of the market’s structure:
Costs Distribution Chart: Shows how mills in the Custom Market compare in terms of operating costs.
Annual Production Distribution Chart: Illustrates the distribution of annual capacity volumes across mills.
Machine Technical Age Distribution Chart: Provides an overview of the range of technical ages of machines within the market.
Machine Width Distribution Chart: Shows the distribution of machine trim widths compared to their speed across the mills.
