What payment options are available?
You can pay by card through our online registration system. If you prefer to pay via bank transfer, please contact us at conferences@fastmarkets.com
How do I get the group booking rate?
To receive the group rate, register all delegates under the same booking. After entering the first delegate’s details, click ‘Add Another Delegate’ on the Registration Summary page. Repeat this process for each attendee. The group rate will be automatically applied at once you proceed to the payment page, based on the number of delegates. The button will look as follows:
How can I apply for an end user / steel mill / miller pass?
If free end user passes are available for an event, a dedicated page outlining eligibility and application details will be available on the relevant event page via Upcoming Events - Fastmarkets.
When will I receive my badge?
All registered attendees will receive their confirmation number after successfully completing registration. The week before the event, you will be sent more detailed badge information by email. This email will include a QR code that you can use to collect your badge quickly at the registration desk onsite, as well as collection instructions.
