How to Export Mill Data
Table of Contents
To export data for your search results, click on the export button. You will be asked if you want to download only the information on the current page (CURRENT DATA VIEW) or if you want to download ALL of the data associated with your search.
When download ENTIRE DATA REPORT is selected, the text appears, informing that a link to an export file will be sent to you by email. On receipt of the email, which may take several minutes to arrive, you should be able to click on the link, and an Excel file will appear with the full details. There is one worksheet per report/tab (Assets, Capacity, Key Personnel, Consumption, etc.).

Note: the link in the email will only work for the person making the request to download the file. Forwarding the email or link to another person, will open the file as an empty document.
If you have a program installed on your computer that allows for printing to PDF, simply click the print button and choose that application from the list of printers displayed.
Include ‘Location’ and ‘Top Headquarter Company’
When a check box or both check boxes ‘include Mill Address and Contact info’ and/or ‘include Top Headquarter Company Name’ are selected, the excel file will display a mill location (address, city, state/province, phone/fax numbers and company email address) and a top headquarter company name. Top Headquarter Company is a company that owns all its associated assets/companies with a percentage ownership of 50% or above.
Note: a detailed explanation regarding the top headquarter company can be found in the Asset Database Glossary (PDF) document on Asset Database help page.

Mill Individual Page
If you only want to export data for an individual asset, click on the name in your list to go to the asset details page. Then, select the Export to Word button as shown below. Mill details page data can only be exported to Word, not to Excel, because of the many different table formats and images that it contains.
