Which wood mills/sawmills/lumber plants are covered?

The Asset Database (and therefore the few mills covered in cost benchmarking) focuses on information related to softwood mills as Fastmarkets has traditionally focussed softwood only. We are not (yet) including hardwood mills or structural composite lumber plants, but are expecting to add these in the mid-term future.
