Does Fastmarkets forecast mill cost?

Fastmarkets' economists forecast average mill cash costs for benchmark grades in major regions (Western Europe and North America), to be able to forecast their prices. The mill cost forecasts are available in the Appendix Tables of the Long-Term Forecasts under Newsletters & Forecasts. The Short-Term forecasts (monitors) contain some indications on expected cost changes in their texts (pdf versions).

However, Analytical Cornerstone cost benchmarking, and therefore the Index Builder, do not contain any cash cost forecasts for pulp, paper or wood mills.
