How does Fastmarkets RISI allocate energy consumption per PM?

We simulate heat (steam) and electricity consumption separately for each product on each machine and pulping process. Both consumptions vary based on multiple factors. For completely identical processes, equipment and products, an older machine is likely to consume more; but two operations are rarely identical.
