Check or setup newsletter delivery

To ensure you receive all the reports you want, make sure they are selected for delivery. 
Follow the steps below to manage your report subscriptions.
 

1. Log in to the platform using your credentials. 

2. From the left-hand menu, navigate to "Newsletter & Reports".

3. In the menu, search for the product you want to receive alerts for and expand the section.

4. Use the checkboxes to select the reports you’d like to receive.

Still not resolved?

If you’re still not receiving the reports, make sure to whitelist the following to prevent future delivery issues: 

IP address: 149.72.113.25 

Email addresses: hello@fastmarkets.com and alerts@notify.fastmarkets.com
